We do not guarantee availability of all items due to market fluctuations.
2. Pricing
All prices are wholesale and subject to availability.
Prices may change based on market conditions without prior notice.
Prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and insurance.
3. Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of payment.
We reserve the right to partially fulfill orders if stock levels change.
Once payment is received, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
We use trusted freight and courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.

5. Customs & Regulatory Compliance
Buyers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country.
Customs fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes must be paid by the buyer.
6. Liability
Top Care Distribution S.L. is not liable for:
Delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen events
Damage resulting from improper storage after delivery
Lost profits or business interruption
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should be communicated in writing.
Jurisdiction and governing law will be based on Spain, where Top Care Distribution S.L. is registered.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to all policies and terms stated above.
