Wholesale orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, depending on order volume and stock availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

High-volume periods or large wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

Clients will be notified promptly if any items require extra lead time.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship wholesale orders using trusted freight, pallet, and international logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient transport.

Typical Transit Times:

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

  • UK: 4–8 business days

  • Middle East / Asia / Africa: 5–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Transit times may vary based on:

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and shipping method (courier, pallet, air freight, or sea freight).

A shipping quotation will be provided before order confirmation.

Any additional customs, handling, or import charges imposed by destination authorities must be borne by the buyer.

Order Tracking & Documentation

Once the shipment has been dispatched, clients will receive:

  • Tracking details (if applicable)

  • Courier or freight forwarder information

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Other required export documents (depending on destination: EUR1, COO, etc.)

Tracking availability varies depending on the shipping method.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

The buyer must ensure all shipping details are correct before dispatch.

Top Care Distribution S.L. is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Customs delays beyond our control

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We prioritize secure packaging suitable for perfumes and cosmetics, including fragile items.
If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  • Take clear photos of all affected cartons/items.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  • Provide all supporting evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier.

In case of goods lost during transit, we will coordinate with the freight provider and offer a solution based on the official investigation outcome.

International Shipping

Top Care Distribution S.L. offers international wholesale shipping to many global destinations.
Clients are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges

  • Providing accurate import documentation

  • Ensuring that fragrances and cosmetics are permitted in their country

We will support clients with all standard export paperwork.
